By becoming an exhibitor at the meeting, you will be acknowledged in the conference program and other promotional materials.  You will meet the decision-makers, the teachers, and the physicians in one room.  The Eighth Annual Congress has been designed to ensure exhibitors gain exposure and maximum traffic through effective scheduling and placement.  We have maximized exhibitor visibility by driving traffic to this space during all meals and breaks.  We are also hosting multiple social events to allow a prime opportunity for networking in a casual setting.  Space is limited so don’t wait to sign up!

Exhibit Description:  

• 10 × 10 Exhibit Space - (1) 6 foot table with (2) chairs 

• Exhibit Cost:  $3,000.

Payment Options:  

If you are interested in exhibiting at the 8th World Congress complete the Exhibitor Agreement form and send it to wcume2023@wayne.edu. Acceptable payment methods are credit cards and checks payable to Wayne State University. Payment is due no later than July 10, 2023.

Cancellations and Refunds:  

Any cancellations must be received in writing before July 10, 2023 and will be refunded $250 less the exhibitor fee.  Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded.

 

Assignment of Space:  

Exhibitor booths will be assigned at the discretion of the Eighth Annual World Congress Committee.  Factors affecting this space assignment include date of received registration.
